Miquel Teixidor (CEO)
Mr. Teixidor accumulates more than 20 years of professional experience in the mobile industry. He co-founded Genaker in 2003 and, in the past, he has hold managerial and key account sales positions in Nokia during 11 years in Finland and Spain. Mr. Teixidor also worked at EADS during 5 years. He holds a BSc on Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA from Manhattan College/La Salle.
Jordi Guerrero (CTO)
Mr. Guerrero has been involved in Internet and Mobile Software projects during the last 18 years. He co-founded Genaker in 2003 and previously hold R&D management positions in Nokia during 4 years and in IBM Internet projects during 8 years. Mr. Guerrero holds a MSc on Computer Science from the UPC and a PDD from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
David Viamonte - Business Development & Marketing Manager
David has over ten years of experience in the telecom arena. He joined Genaker in 2006, and holds responsibility for defining Product Strategy for Genaker's products. Between 2001 and 2006 he occupied several technical and research positions in Nokia (Spain), Vodafone Group (Germany) and Retevision (Spain). Between 2001 and 2004 he was Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Catalonia.
David holds an MSc and BSc from the Technical University of Catalonia, where he is currently a PhD Candidate at the Telematics Engineering Department. He has published papers in international Conferences and Journals.
Together with Andrew Rebeiro-Hargrave, he is co-author of John Wiley's book 'Multimedia Group Communication', that provides a thorough yet easy-to-understand introduction to the Push-to-Talk over Cellular service, as the first paradigm of innovative SIP/IMS multimedia services that will become ubiquitous in the coming years.
