Miquel Teixidor (CEO & co-founder of Genaker) will give a conference at the Business Engineering School of La Salle under its BrEakfaSt events program. The conference, introduced by Mr.Ramón Ollé (Executive President of La Salle's Business Engineering Schoool), will deal about innovation and trust as key success factors for new entrepreneurs.

Having a good idea, a great product, a unique patent or a promising business plan doesn't guarantee the success of an enterpreneurial project in the current global competitive environment. Getting the right people in and creating a good working atmosphere based on trust is crutial in the early stages of buildup. Talent and know-how are two basic elements to enable innovation. Equally important is people sharing the same values, pushing the flywheel in the right direction to hit breakthrough momentum and keeping faith, motivation, determination and commitment, whilst confronting the brutal facts, to successfully implement the strategy and consolidate the entrerpreneurial project.
